Dear Customer:
      My name is David Bisaillon and I have been in the pest management industry for over 14 years.  I am the owner of Envirocare Pest Control, LLC.  I am also the treasurer of the Connecticut Pest Control Association.  As you look through the yellow pages and internet at all the choices you have for a pest control company you are probably a bit lost.
     The fact is I started this company over 10 years ago in order to correct things I saw that were definitely not right.  I decided that we would show up on time; provide service that I would expect in my own home and most of all offer prices that everyone could afford.
     My first task was easy.  I started at 6:00 am and worked until 7:00 pm seven days a week until I could afford to hire help.  Then I became a fanatic about instilling in my employees the need to be on time for scheduled services or to call the customer to let them know we are running late. Currently, we work on a one hour arrival window period.  If my technicians are late and a customer is not notified as to why, I demand to know about it.

Next, I wanted a service to be performed the way I would expect it to be done at my own home.  That was easy when I was the only one performing services, but as the company has grown and we hire more people it wasn't so easy.  My solution was to become Quality Pro certified.  Quality Pro is a designation given by the National Pest Management Association to companies that meet the following criteria:
 
Drug testing for potential employees
Ethical business practices
Certified, highly trained employees
Truthful advertising
Criminal background checks for potential employees
Workmen comp. and liability insurance

     I know that meeting most of these criteria seem to be a no-brainer, but believe me; they are not met by every company out there.
In order to be sure that I could provide the BEST service, I went a few steps further.  I have a new hire training program that leaves nothing to chance, ongoing employee training and access to all the newest material this industry has to offer.  I also add the promise that I am absolutely avid about providing quality service programs.  In fact, my employees service my home on a regular basis so I can be sure about it.

     The last and most important part of my mission was to price our services correctly.  I am not looking to score a home run on every new customer, but we must make a profit to remain in business.  In order to be sure we can justify our prices, I tell everyone the truth.
